Symptoms of FOLLICULITIS, FUNGAL

Fungal folliculitis usually results in the development of plaques. These are patches or flat areas of abnormal skin. They have clearly defined borders. Frequently, pustules may develop on these plaques. They are usually small,1 mm to 2 mm in diameter, and frequently appear in clusters.
