Symptoms of OVARIAN CANCER
Unfortunately, ovarian cancer frequently has no symptoms until the tumor becomes large.
Early symptoms may include vague discomfort in the lower abdomen, gastrointestinal upsets, and irregular menstrual periods. Later symptoms may include a deepening of the voice, excessive hair growth, unexplained weight loss, an enlarged, hard and sometimes tender mass in the lower abdomen, painful sexual intercourse, and anemia.
