Symptoms of SARCOIDOSIS


They symptoms depend on which organs are involved. There may be mild or no symptoms. Generalized symptoms include fatigue, muscle aches, weight loss, loss of appetite and fever. Difficulty breathing may be associated with cough and wheezing. Swollen lymph nodes in the neck, groin or armpit may occur. Red eye, that can be painful may be seen in association with blurred vision or increased sensitivity to light. Painful joints, reddish skin lumps on the legs and bluish, swollen area of the face may occur. Lumps may develop in the respiratory mucosa and nasal cavity. They may produce nasal discharge.
